It’s 5am and my internal system clock awakens me instinctively – “Time to get up sleepyhead, wakey wakey, rise and shine”. My eyes open straight away and prior to I am absolutely aware, I’m yawning and stretching to the new day.
Following dispensing with the ritual of morning toiletries, I seek out my specific space and get started meditation before the relaxation of the family stirs. I need to confess that I have only just began meditating yet again, following almost 5 years lapse, and it is all thanks to this new method I identified named Brainwave Entrainment. The Binaural, Monaural beats and Isochronic tones accessible, are really magnificent and I am instantaneously transported to that area behind my eyes as quickly as I hear the sounds.
So right here I am in my unique room and the Binaural defeat is enjoying softly on my laptop computer. When I open my eyes, I feel refreshing and revitalized relaxed and total. The world is my oyster and I am ready for this brand name new day!
